Anti-gun Foursome Highlight Gun Control Strategy

Holder: "As President Obama indicated during the campaign,
there are just a few gun-related changes that we would like to make,
and among them would be to reinstitute the ban on the sale of assault
weapons," Holder
told reporters.
Hillary
Clinton: "Obviously,
I am someone who supported the assault weapons ban which was passed
in 1994, but it was passed with an expiration date and it expired ten
years later. I, as a senator, supported measures to try to reinstate
it. Politically, that is a very big hurdle in our Congress. But there
may be some approaches that could be acceptable, and we are exploring
those."
Nancy
Pelosi: "We want
them (firearms) registered. We don't want them crossing state lines."
Diane
Feinstein: "I'll
pick the time and the place, no question about that," she told Stahl (60
Minutes). -- Feinstein
on 60 Minutes, discussing how and when she will go about banning and
restricting firearms.
