Market Research 101 Seminar Offered
by NSSF and Southwick Associates

With the 2016 SHOT Show less than six weeks away, NSSF would like to make you aware of a valuable educational opportunity recently added to the show.

The new "Market Research 101" seminar will be hosted by industry research professionals Jim Curcuruto of NSSF and Rob Southwick and Nancy Bacon of Southwick Associates. During this session, attendees will learn about basic industry indicators, market research techniques to help better understand what data is currently available and ways to learn more. The seminar will also demonstrate how small to mid-sized companies in our industry can grow by using reliable information to identify and embrace changes in customer preferences, reduce risk by making information-based business decisions and help those attending understand how to obtain and effectively interpret the latest market information and resources available. Lessons on gathering customer feedback and how to use that information will also be included.

Seating is limited and registration is required. Seminar is located above the show floor in the Venetian Marcello room 4503 on Monday, Jan. 18, from 4:00-5:00 p.m. Registration fee is $50 for NSSF members and $100 for non-members. Those that would like to have a better understanding of available industry research and how to conduct their own research should attend and can register by contacting SHOT Show Customer Service at (855) 355–7468 or RegMgr@shot.convexx.com.
